Admission Procedure
Parents and guardians who wish to enroll their child at AJ School should follow the following directives:
Admission prescribed application forms for admission are to be submitted to the Principal by the first week of March, Admission forms and school prospectus can be obtained from the school on demand. A written and oral admission test is conducted. Successful candidates are admitted. The following documents are required at the time of admission.
- Marks sheet of the final exam
- Transfer certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Four copies of the passport-sized photographs
Examination and Promotion
AJ has followed course of studies prescribed by N.G. with certain additions and modification. The mode of teaching is in English Language. Whole Academic Session has been divided into three terms and each term ends with the conduction of terminal examination. In between terms there are three mid terms. The final result is prepared on the basis of average marks obtained throughout the session. Report Cards are distributed after each term and mid terms to the parents to inform about children’s progress and ability to keep up with the class. Students must pass in all subjects. Students falling in one or more subjects in the final examination are not promoted to the next class. The pass mark is 40% in each subject for all classes.
Additional emphasis is given to weak students with the purpose to enhance the performance. If a student neglects and fails in two consecutive years in the same class she/He will fall under strict action, even expulsion. Factors such a conduct and behaviour and the whole year’s performance are also taken into consideration.

Scholarships & Awards
AJ School provides both need based and merit based scholarships to the deserving students.
- The student who scores the highest in the class gets 50-100% waiver in the tuition from each grades.
- Talent Students from different sports also can be applied for the scholarships.
- Students from weak economic background who cannot afford to pay the fee is also entitled with certain percentage scholarship, for which authentic documents has to be produced and presented at the time of admission
